Recently we had a visit from Phoebe, Elisabeth and Rachel from our local churches. We have been working with them all year looking at different aspects of Christianity, but this visit was an extra special one.
They took time to transform our Community Room into a very special Prayer Space based on the different parts of the Lord’s Prayer. Children and staff were able to use the space to learn about the meaning of the different parts of the prayer as well as take time to reflect.
The space was explored by most children in the school and it was a great chance to learn.
A huge thanks goes out to all 3 church helpers who made such a special experience for everyone in our school. We appreciate all the hard work that you put into our weekly lessons, but the space that was created for us to use went above and beyond. Thank you.
