A few reminders…

• Thursday 9^th October 2024 – World Mental Health Day

Wear Yellow to school!

Children can wear any yellow items of clothing they have to school. This could be a t-shirt, jumper, pair of shoes or even a yellow hairband. Any non-yellow items worn to school should be uniform, and if your child has nothing yellow to wear, they should be in full school uniform. This is NOT a non-uniform day. Please remember there should be no team items brought to school.

• Monday 14^th October 2024 – School Photos

Individual and class photos will be taken. Please let Mr Torney or the office know if you require sibling photographs taken by Friday 12th October. We have had very few requests so far. 

• Wednesday 16^th October 2024 – Harvest Service (P1-7)

10am @ First Derry Presbyterian Church

We would like to see as many of you as possible at the Church service. We will be singing the songs linked below so you can practice them with your children at home before the service.

• Halloween Raffle

We have had our first donations for the Halloween raffle, thank you so much! Please keep them coming in. Tickets will be on sale next week £1 per strip or 5 strips for £3. The raffle will take place on Friday 25th October.

• New Dinner Menu

A new dinner menu started this week. You can find the details on the website here. Primary 1/2 and Nursery parents have already made their choices for this menu.
