On Friday 10th November at 10am we will be holding a service of Remembrance in the assembly hall. All parents and friends are invited to attend the service which remember the service and sacrifice of all those that have defended our freedoms and protected our way of life. All children from Primary 1 - 7 in school will be taking part in this service.
At 10:45am there will be a smaller service which takes place on the green at the MUGA which has been arranged by the North West Cultural Partnership. This will be for the opening of a display which our children have helped create commemorating the 99 lives from the Fountain area during WWI.
We have once again been approached by The Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal to help raise funds.
Each year we have a Poppy Shop that the Primary 5/6/7 children help run to raise money.
Paper Poppies are 20p each and anything else from the Poppy Shop is £1.
All money raised will go directly to The Royal British Legion.
