Over the past 5 weeks, Primary 1, 2 and 3 have enjoyed taking part in the 'Our Generation' Project with Playboard NI. Each week there were different play areas for us to play with including sand and water play, dough, painting, dressing up, den building, messy play and model making with loose parts. We loved all the different activites.
Each play session had a different focus topic and our play activities were based around these topics: Individuality, Emotions, People who are special to us and Community. We soon learned that we all different and that's okay!
Our last session was a celebration event where we all joined in with some singing and played instruments with Wilson. We then were presented with certificates and a lovely teddy bear as we have learned to become 'Play Champions'.
