We 'kicked' off the year in Primary 5/6/7 by reflecting on 2023 and thinking ahead for 2024. We had a discussion on new years resolutions, thinking about things that we would like to get better at and how we could achieve this. There were lots of different ideas, ranging from spending more time outside, practising times tables, spending less time on devices, learning to tie shoe laces and keeping bedrooms tidier.
We then wrote our new year 'goals' on a football and decorated them. They will be displayed in our classroom to remind us of our goals!
