Today we were very lucky in Primary 5/6/7 and got to visit Maydown Police station. Some of our local community officers picked us up in their bus, land rover and car and drove us out.
We got to look at all different parts of the station and ask lots of questions. We got to play with the sirens, take a drive in the armoured cars and even see the CCTV that helps protect our city.
We would really like to thank all the officers that made today’s visit possible as it was so much fun and the chance of a lifetime. These officers look after our area and we are grateful for all that they do to help us.
