Over the last 6 weeks, we have been having so much fun learning all about Elmer the Elephant. Elmer has taught us that everyone is unique and to always be yourself.
We created our own Elmer's during art lessons, read a lot of Elmer stories, had role play fun and got to interview Elmer, shared what was special about others and ourselves, designed Elmer biscuits, wrote letters and invitations, had fun experimenting with colours and to complete our topic we had an 'Elmer Day' to celebrate. We got to dress up in our favourite brightly coloured clothes and had so much fun in our class celebrating just being us! :)
