We have had great fun learning all about different Nursery Rhymes. We have said them to a steady beat and we have also identified the amount of syllables in the names of the characters.
Humpty Dumpty - we built walls for Humpty Dumpty and we even made Scrambled egg when we couldnt put him back together again.
Miss Polly had a Dolly - we decided to cheer Dolly up and made her some Get Well Soon cards.
Once I caught a fish Alive - we had fun using nets to count and catch fish in the water tray.
5 Currant Buns - we designed and made our very own buns using playdough.
Baa, Baa, Rainbow Sheep - we got to sing the rhyme using our own colour and then paint the sheep using cotton wool.
